In January, Natura &Co plans to begin trading shares of its through ADRs on the New York Stock Exchange. This will allow the group to make the most of synergies across its brands, and also to expand its product portfolio and reach out to 200 million people across the globe.

To propel the next stage of growth, the company has also appointed a new leadership team. Roberto Marques will be the Group Chief Executive Officer and Angela Cretu will lead the company's global business. She will oversee the management and operations of Natura outside of Latin America.

Joao Paulo worked for twenty years at Unilever before joining Natura. He held several positions, including Vice-President Supply Chain. His last position with the company was Vice President of Operations and Logistics.

Angela Cretu

Angela Cretu, an Avon veteran and a member of its top leadership team, will take over as Avon's CEO. Cretu has more than 20 years of experience in running a top cosmetics brand and is well placed to lead Avon's global operations.

The Avon CEO has long been a champion for women around the world and has been a firm believer in the concept of gender equality. She has been involved in a variety of initiatives to bring about positive changes for women in different nations around the world. Fernando J. Acosta

Acosta is a senior executive leader sales at Avon. Acosta joined the company as Senior Vice President and Latin America President in 2011. He was recently appointed Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer. This role will be directly supervised by Charles Herington, the Company's Executive Chairman.

He spent many years at Unilever before joining Avon. He has extensive experience creating consumer-focused businesses and setting up them in emerging markets. He is also an investor and member of the board of directors at RoC Skincare New York.

He is the Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer at Avon. In the meantime, he has led the development of a brand new method of social selling using technology.

Fernando Acosta started his career as a management trainee at Unilever. He has worked in the United Kingdom and Europe. Later, he held top-ranking posts in Unilever's Latin American operations.

From 1999 until 2004, he served as the Category President for Latin America at Unilever. He was responsible for overseeing Dove, one of the most popular brands in the company. While doing so he was also involved in the Dove Campaign for Real Beauty an international initiative that launched innovative products such as Pro Age.

After his time as the senior vice president of Unilever's Middle Americas division, he moved to an international position. He was Brand President for Dove Global at Unilever from 2006 to 2008. He was located in New York during this period.

Previously, he was a Regional President for Latin America at Avon. His duties included directing sales and developing the brand's Latin American strategy. He also assisted in the development of innovative product lines such as Pro Age.

Louise Srivastava

Avon has a long heritage and offers a variety of products. However, one segment of Avon that stands out in recent years is its Health and Wellness division. Miguel Fernandez, a former executive vice president at Herbalife will be named the Global President of Avon. He has extensive knowledge of e-commerce as well as customer management and the execution of growth strategies.

In the meantime the Neiman Marcus Group has been searching for a permanent chief financial officer. Two interim executives have been hired.
