The company also has appointed a new senior leadership team to drive the next phase of growth. Roberto Marques will be the Group Chief Executive Officer and Angela Cretu will lead the company's global business. In the past, he served as a Regional President for Latin America at Avon. His responsibilities included driving sales and establishing the brand's Latin American strategy. He also helped in the development of innovative product lines like Pro Age.
