In January, Natura &Co closed the acquisition of Avon Products, Inc. It is now the fourth-largest pure-play beauty business in the world. Its shareholders will own 76% of the new company. This transaction is subject regulatory approvals.

As the head of Natura &Co, Joao Paulo Brotto Goncalves Ferreira is tasked with expanding the company's presence internationally. He was previously Vice President-Supply Chain at Unilever Brazil and Latin America. He graduated with an MBA from the University of Michigan.

He has guided Natura through the change from an old direct selling company to an innovative, digital one. The company's digitalization resulted in productivity growth and 17 consecutive quarters growth.

In January, Natura &Co plans to begin trading shares using ADRs on the New York Stock Exchange. This will enable the company to leverage its brand synergies, broaden its product portfolio and reach 200 million consumers across the globe.

The company has also appointed a new senior leadership team to guide the next phase of growth. Roberto Marques will be the Group Chief Executive Officer, and Angela Cretu will lead the company's global business. Apart from overseeing the global oversight of the Natura brand and its products, she will also be responsible for the company's operations and innovation outside of Latin America.

Joao Paulo worked for a total of twenty years at Unilever before joining Natura. He held various posts, including Vice President Supply Chain. His last position with the company was Vice President of Operations and Logistics.

Ferreira is also a member of the Executive Team of the C-Suite Department. He is not a buy first or ask questions later type of person.

Angela Cretu

Angela Cretu, Avon Leadership Team an Avon veteran and the company's top management team, will assume the role as Avon's CEO. Cretu has more than 20 years of experience in leading a top brand in beauty and Avon Leadership Team is well placed to lead avon leadership program's global operations.

The Avon CEO has been an advocate for the women of the world and has embraced the concept of gender empowerment. She has been involved in many campaigns to drive positive changes for women in different countries across the globe. The most prominent are those to combat violence against women and to promote economic empowerment for women.

In addition to her leadership position at Avon, Cretu has also held leadership roles at various other companies. She was the Vice President for South-East Europe and Group Vice President for Central & Eastern Europe and the General Manager for various regions.

In the past year, she has been acknowledged for her contribution to the company's mission, earning her the title of CEO of the Year and receiving the Management Today Champions of Change award. She was also recognized as a Leader for Change in the Women's Empowerment category by INNOCOS.

Avon's new Chief Executive Officer will continue to lead the company's goal of empowering women, while accelerating growth and profitability. She will oversee the operations of Avon outside of Latin America, while taking on the responsibilities from Roberto Marques, who has been appointed as the Group CEO of Natura &Co.

Fernando J. Acosta

Acosta is a senior executive leader at Avon. He joined Avon in the year 2011 as Senior Vice President and President Latin America and was recently named Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer. This position will be directly supervised by Charles Herington, the Company's Executive Chairman.

Before joining Avon, he spent several years at Unilever. He has extensive experience creating consumer-focused businesses and setting up businesses in emerging markets. In addition to his position at Avon the company, he also serves as an board member and investor at RoC Skincare in New York.

He is the Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer at Avon. He also oversees the creation and implementation of a new digital approach to social selling.

Fernando Acosta started his career as an employee at Unilever. He has worked in Europe as well as the United Kingdom. In the past, he held high-ranking positions in Unilever's Latin American operations.

From 1999 to 2004, he served as the Category President for Latin America at Unilever. His job included overseeing the most recognizable brands of the company like Dove. He was also involved with the Dove Campaign for Real Beauty which introduced innovative products such as Pro Age.

After serving as a senior vice president for Unilever's Middle Americas business, he took on a larger international role. He served as Brand President for Dove Global at Unilever from 2006 to 2008. In this period, he was located in New York.

In the past, he served as a Regional President for Latin America at Avon. His tasks included driving sales and establishing the brand's Latin American strategy. He also supported the development of new product lines, such as Pro Age.

Louise Srivastava

Avon has a long and storied tradition and a broad selection of products. However, one area of the company that stands out in recent years is its Health and Wellness division. This particular segment of the direct selling universe managed to snag a whopping 33.5 percent of the total sales over the past twelve months which is due in large part to the influence of the CEO Scott White. On a bigger scale this is an enormous deal. James Scully

Avon has made a number of significant changes to its leadership team. Kimberly Ross, Avon's chief financial officer quit to become Baker Hughes Inc.'s CFO in October. The company is also looking for an interim CFO.

Avon Products has announced that James Scully will become its new executive vice presidentand chief financial officer. He will report directly to Chief Executive Officer Sheri McCoy. He will also oversee all IT and finance functions.

Avon has opened a new headquarters in London, and has made a number of moves to restructure the business. The company's new leadership has taken measures to increase profitability and reduce the leverage of the balance sheet. It has also accelerated cost savings initiatives.

Avon also entered into a strategic partnership agreement with Cerberus Capital Management L.P. and will invest $435 million into the company over the next two years. As part of the agreement, ICR will provide capital markets advisory services to the Company.

Miguel Fernandez, a former executive vice president at Herbalife will be named Global President of Avon. He has vast knowledge of e-commerce managing customers and execution of growth strategies.

Meanwhile, the Neiman Marcus Group has been looking for a permanent chief financial officer. Two interim executives have been appointed.
